Father's Day

It’s Father’s Day – or it was, until a few minutes ago. It was a strange day for me, because my father died one year ago yesterday – on June 18, 2004. And among other coincidences, I happen to be in Spokane, Washington – the birthplace of Father’s Day. I’m not sure what else to say. I miss my father…

It’s been over a month (as usual?) since I’ve posted anything, but I don’t feel too chatty tonight. Maybe I’ll write more tomorrow. I’ll finally be heading back to San Francisco, after a relatively long time away (I’ve been travelling on business since the 6th), and blogging is often a good way to pass the waiting time at the airports, or on the planes. In the meantime, Happy Father’s Day to all you fathers out there – especially the *new* fathers like Ronen, and DoFo.
